You might be feeling stuck and not quite sure how to reach a goal or maybe you are struggling with overwhelm, or are facing a difficult time in your life and want someone to support you through to a place of feeling empowered.

I bring experience in the mental health space, women's refuge and dealing with the suicide of my partner and a number of friends.

I have had my own struggles over the years and have overcome a lot to get to the place I am at now in life. I bring experience, understanding and empathy.

I own several businesses and understand the hardship of business and the overwhelm that can come with it.

Sometimes we all need a little help, a little support and sometimes we need more, I work with you at the level you want.
